**100% Remote**
Our healthcare client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Creative Project Manager:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously via Workfront
- Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Identify and pivot around obstacles that may be slowing down processes & workflows
- Proactively identify new process/workflow improvements that drive innovation, automation, and/or better outcomes
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- At least 3 years managing multiple projects at once
- Experience in Workfront
- Must be comfortable engaging various stakeholders, and approach with a customer-first mindset
- Must be very organized and have an understanding of project management tools & resources
- Must have strong skills in interpersonal, written, and visual communication
- Needs to be proactive in identifying workflow issues/inefficiencies and develop recommendations/solutions to pivot around
- Strong relationship builder that understands how to navigate a complex organization to get things accomplished
